This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Creator and the Client and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Verbal agreements or informal messages do not modify this agreement unless confirmed in writing.

Scope of Work:

• The Creator agrees to produce a custom FiveM MLO interior based on the specifications agreed upon prior to work beginning. </aside>

The project includes only what is explicitly agreed to in writing (e.g. number of rooms, floors, general style).

Any work not specified is not included and may require additional fees.

Payment Terms

• Remaining balance is due Before Final Delivery.

A non-refundable Deposit of 0__% is required before work begins.

No work will begin until the deposit is received.

Delivery

The Creator will deliver a stream-ready MLO suitable for FiveM use. Source files (e.g. .blend files, raw textures) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon for an additional fee. Estimated delivery time is provided as a guideline and may change based on client response time or revision requests.

Usage Rights and License

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the MLO on one FiveM server by one Licensed Holder through the FiveM Asset System.

All ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Casual Republic Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
